Two Bel Air Christmas Light Shows Turn On For 2019 Holiday Season
There are two light shows now up and running in Bel Air, and both benefit good causes.

BEL AIR, MD — Two Bel Air Christmas light aficionados flipped the switches on their 2019 holiday displays this weekend. Each light show has a specific cause associated with it.
The Cedar Lane Spectacular Christmas Light Show is back for its fourth year.
For 2019, there are all new songs to accompany the display, which features a 22-foot mega tree, light-up piano, arches, light sticks and Christmas tree with a fan of light shooting out from it, according to organizers.

Show creator Michael English dedicated the display to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2012 and has raised thousands of dollars for the cause. His goal this year is to raise $7,500.

Below, Brad's Christmas Light Show held an opening celebration Saturday.
This year the show will have more lights and all new music, according to creator Brad Paulsen, who said that in early November, work on this year's display kicked into high gear.
There's a donation box at the house as well as a website — all money goes to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, for which Paulsen said the light show raised $5,300 in 2018.
