Unclaimed $10K Prize Won In Abingdon: Maryland Lottery

ABINGDON, MD — A lottery ticket worth $10,000 was sold at a liquor store in Abingdon this week, according to the Maryland Lottery.

The prize came from the Cold Hard Cash game, which costs $10 to play, and the player purchased the winning ticket at KG Abingdon Liquors.

Officials said the store at 1317 Abingdon Road sold the Cold Hard Cash ticket on Saturday, Feb. 13.

The $10,000 prize remained unclaimed as of Tuesday, Feb. 16, authorities reported.

Lottery players won nearly $30 million statewide from Feb. 8 to Feb. 14, Maryland Lottery officials reported, including the $10,000 ticket in Abingdon.
