US 40 Reopens In Joppa: SHA
Route 40 has reopened at Joppa Farm Road Monday after a problem with utilities, officials said.
US 40 was closed in the Joppa area Monday afternoon at the start of the evening rush, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration. Officials attributed the closure to an issue with utilities.
Route 40/Pulaski Highway was closed in both directions at Joppa Farm Road around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 29.
By 4:50 p.m., the State Highway Administration reported the road had reopened.
