Vacant Seasons Of Bel Air Pool House Set On Fire, Officials Look For Youth Seen Nearby
The Seasons of Bel Air's former pool house experienced a brush fire over the weekend and witnesses saw a kid nearby at the the time.

BEL AIR, MD — The Seasons of Bel Air's former pool house in Bel Air experienced a fire officials believe was intentionally set Sunday afternoon. Witnesses reported seeing a juvenile on the property before the fire, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
Firefighters arrived to find a brush fire alongside the exterior of the vacant pool house shortly before 2 p.m. Twenty firefighters with the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company responded and it took them about 10 minutes to reign in the fire, which was discovered by a person passing by, according to the state fire marshal's office.
The former pool house sits next to Bynum Run Park and has been vacant for numerous years. According to the state fire marshal, the building has experienced "exterior neglect and interior vandalism." The fire department has responded to two other small brush fires on the property previously, the office disclosed.
