Vaping Devices Clogging Toilets, Causing Damage At Bel Air High School

A report reveals that students have been flushing vaping devices down toilets at Bel Air High School, causing extensive, costly damage.

BEL AIR, MD — School officials have reported that students are flushing vaping devices down toilets, clogging pipes and causing extensive damage.

Several incidents have been reported at Bel Air High School, according to a report from WBFF.

"At one point, nearly every bathroom at Bel Air High School had damaged or out-of-order toilets," a spokesperson for the school system told WBFF. "Due to the frequency and severity of the issue, the school safety liaison began using a metal detecting wand to screen students for vaping devices as an interim measure in an effort to address this growing problem.”
