Vehicle Flips on Philadelphia Road in Joppa: Officials
First responders handled a crash in Joppa Tuesday during rainy conditions.
JOPPA, MD — A vehicle rolled over on Philadelphia Road midday Tuesday in Joppa, authorities said.
The Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported its personnel were responding to the crash on Philadelphia Road/MD 7 at Joppa Farm Road before noon.
Roads were wet in Harford County and across the region on Tuesday. Transportation officials advised driving more slowly than normal and turning wipers and headlights on to increase visibility.
