Vehicle Maliciously Damaged In Bel Air, Police Seek ID

BEL AIR, MD — A vehicle was maliciously damaged in the parking lot of Target in Bel Air, and police asked for help identifying a person of interest. Officials said she left in a small gray Nissan SUV.

The crime occurred around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in the Target parking lot at 580 Marketplace Drive.
