BREAKING: Public schools in Harford County have modified their schedule for Thursday, Dec. 14.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD -- Due to inclement weather, Harford County Public Schools has modified its schedule for Thursday, Dec. 14. Schools will open two hours late.
Morning prekindergarten is canceled.
The announcement about the delayed opening came after snow coated roads overnight, and the National Weather Service advised people in Harford and surrounding counties to be aware of potentially icy roadways.
