What's Open, Closed On July 4, 2023, In Bel Air, Harford County
Patch has the scoop on July 4 holiday trash pick-up schedule adjustments and office closures in Bel Air and across Harford County.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — With the Fourth of July falling on a Tuesday, government offices will be closed and some services will be altered in observance of Independence Day.
Harford County government offices will bed closed Tuesday as will local offices including the town of Bel Air.
The Harford Waste Disposal Center, Tollgate Yard trim drop-off facility and the administrative office will be closed Tuesday for the 4th of July.

Harford County senior centers will be closed Tuesday, as well.
Household trash that is typically picked up on Tuesdays in Bel Air will be picked up on Wednesday this week. Loose-leaf and yard waste also will not be picked up Tuesday. There will be no collection of bulk trash Wednesday because of the modified schedule.

Maryland courts are open Monday but will close Tuesday for the holiday.
All Harford County Public Library locations will be closed July 4 in observance of Independence Day.
