What's Open, Closed For New Year's 2023 In Harford County
As New Year's Day falls on a Sunday, there will be various schedule changes on the day after in Harford County.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — New Year's Day falls on a Sunday this year, meaning that most government offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 2, in observance of the holiday.
Most students are still on winter break and will return to the classroom Jan. 3.
All Harford County Public Library locations will be closed Jan. 2 in observance of the New Year's holiday.
