What's Open, Closed On Presidents Day 2024: Bel Air

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — County government offices and city offices will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day, as will banks, the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and bond markets along with the U.S. Postal Service.
All locations of the Harford County Public Library will be closed Presidents Day.
Harford County Public Schools offices and buildings also will be closed.

Regular household trash removal for those Bel Air residents who normally receive pickup on Mondays will be collected Wednesday. Town residents who normally receive household trash removal on Tuesdays will remain on Tuesday. Because of the modified holiday refuse schedule, there will be no bulk collection Wednesday and no yard waste pickup Monday.
The Harford Waste Disposal Center and tollgate yard trim drop-off facility will be closed Monday.
