The bridge located between West Ring Factory Road and Old Joppa Road, is now open to all through traffic
The Whitaker Mill Road bridge over Winters Run in Bel Air, located between West Ring Factory Road and Old Joppa Road, is now open to all through traffic after routine maintenance has been completed.
