Dog Saved By Owner Who Crawled Through Burning House To Rescue Pet, Two Other Dogs Escaped
A woman found her Aberdeen house on fire with 3 dogs inside. Two escaped when she opened the door, then she crawled inside to rescue a 3rd.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Shortly before 6 p.m. Monday, a one-story single-family home at 430 Holly Drive in Aberdeen caught fire. Forty-five firefighters from the Aberdeen Fire Department responded to the call and no injuries were reported.
According to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, a resident of the home arrived at the house and before opening the door, heard the smoke alarms going off. When she opened the door, two of her dogs sprinted out the door. She crawled inside to retrieve a third dog that was kenneled.
Two adults and three children have been displaced and are being assisted by Harford County Disaster Assistance and Red Cross. Damage has been estimated at $100,000.
