Woman Found Dead Off Trail In Bel Air: Police
The discovery came several hours after police asked for the public's help to find a 37-year-old woman last seen Saturday evening.
BEL AIR, MD — A woman was found dead Sunday afternoon off a trail in Bel Air, several hours after police asked for the public’s help to find a missing person, according to authorities.
The remains were discovered around 1 p.m. off Ma and Pa Trail, police said, adding the identity of the victim and the cause of death remained under investigation.
“We ask that, since this is still a very active and ongoing investigation, please refrain from posting any details you may know (or guess) on this post,” the Harford County Sheriff’s Office said on Facebook. “We want answers as much as you do!”

Earlier in the day, the agency had asked for assistance in finding 37-year-old Rachel Morin, who was last seen around 6 p.m. Saturday when she left to walk the trail, according to police. Her car was found Sunday morning at the trail’s Williams Street entrance, police said.
