Woman Hospitalized After Finger Bitten Off: Joppa-Magnolia VFC

A woman was taken to the hospital after a dispute in Edgewood Sunday night, the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported.

EDGEWOOD, MD — A woman was hospitalized after her finger was bitten off in Edgewood Sunday night, according to officials.

The Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported that it responded to the 900 block of Top View Drive after 9:30 p.m.

Its medic took the woman to Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, which has a center that specializes in hands. She was in stable condition after the dispute, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.
