• Obituary: Kilbourne, Ernestelle L. (beltsvillenewstoday.com) — Beltsville readers are invited to a memorial service for longtime Emmanuel United Methodist Church member Ernestelle "Ernie" Kilbourne on October 10 at 3 p.m. at the Cedar Lane church. The 96-year-old University of Maryland graduate is remembered for her deep church involvement, large extended family, and love of animals, with donations suggested to the church or an animal welfare group.
