MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — A global fitness studio is opening its very first location in Maryland this month.
Barry's will open in Bethesda at 7276 Wisconsin Ave. on July 25, giving residents the chance to check out its signature "red room" workouts.
The studio will offer a mix of courses that alternate each day with a focus on a different muscle group. The brand is known for its high-intensity, 50-minute classes that include floor strength training and treadmill intervals.
Each session has the capacity to include as many as 44 participants.

Grand opening festivities will include brunch bites and photo opportunities.
Barry’s arrival in Montgomery County marks the studio's fourth location in the D.C. region, with two locations in the District and a third in Arlington, Virginia.
