From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will stretch along Norfolk, St. Elmo, Cordell and Del Ray avenues.

Admission is free, but visitors will need tickets to purchase food, beer and wine. Tickets cost $10 for a bundle of five, with individual food samples priced between one and four tickets.

Four stages will offer live music throughout the afternoon, while a children's area will feature face painting, among other arts and crafts activities.

Nearly 50 restaurants are expected to participate. Among the restaurants joining the festival for the first time are Agora, The Food Market, Mussel Bar, and Rosetta and Sweeteria.

"We're thrilled to again welcome food and music lovers to the best dining scene that's part of the best community in our area," BUP Executive Director Jeff Burton said in a statement.

While parking is available in nearby Bethesda garages, residents can also arrive by public transportation, as the event is about three blocks from the Bethesda Metro station. The free Bethesda Circulator will also be available.
