Officials say the blaze, which drew about 75 firefighters and left one with minor injuries, likely started with lithium-ion battery devices, prompting renewed safety concerns for homeowners across Bethesda.
   

• Director, Center for Alzheimer's and Related Dementias (CARD) (nih.gov) — A major leadership job has opened right in Bethesda at the NIH campus, where the Center for Alzheimer's and Related Dementias is seeking a new director to guide cutting-edge research and manage a sizable budget and staff.
