• Kusshi Continues Montgomery County Expansion With $150K Bethesda Fitout (mocoshow.com) — A new Kusshi Sushi location is moving forward in Bethesda, with a $150,000 permit issued to build out its second local restaurant at 4611 Sangamore Road in the former Passion Fin space. The fast-growing brand, which started in North Bethesda and already operates in Rockville and Silver Spring, is also expanding to Germantown and Prince George's County, with opening timelines still to come.
   

• Popular Pizzeria Plans to Open Second Location Next Month (mocoshow.com) — No Regrets Pizza Co. is bringing its popular pies directly into downtown Bethesda, with a second location slated to open next month at 4925 Fairmont Avenue in Woodmont Triangle. Construction is about halfway done, and once county inspections are complete, residents will get another option for Roman, Neapolitan, and New York-style pizzas, plus Italian street food and local beers.
