1 Child, 2 Adults Displaced By Duplex Fire

GLASSMANOR, MD — Firefighters were called to a two-story brick duplex in Glassmanor Thursday for a report of a fire.

They arrived to find heavy smoke and flames shooting out of a bedroom window of the home, which is located in the 5000 block of Chester Street.

Firefighters battled the blaze and put it out without any reported injuries. Fire investigators were called to the scene, authorities said.

Two adults and one child have been displaced, but are being helped by the county office of emergency management.
