$10M Lawsuit After Girl Attacked on School Bus

Incident between students captured on cellphone video, according to reports.

Parents of a 9-year-old girl attacked on a school bus May 8 have filed a $10 million lawsuit against the school board, the bus driver and school administrators.

The video reportedly shows Saraia Collins pleading with the other children to leave her alone until the verbal attacks turn physical, according to WJLA.

Her parent’s learned about the attack after seeing a video from a student’s cellphone.
