Prince George's detectives believe the shooting of a 16-year-old by an 18-year-old was accidental, the police department said.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Detectives with the Prince George's County Police Homicide Unit have arrested and charged 18-year-old Demetrius Clarke of Oxon Hill with manslaughter and related charges in connection with the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old male from Oxon Hill.
