2 Teens, 1 Man Arrested In Fatal Shooting Of Victim
A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, along with a 21-year-old Laurel man, face charges in the fatal shooting of Mancel Johnson.
GREENBELT, MD — Three suspects have been charged in connection to the shooting death of Mancel Johnson, who was shot multiple times.
The incident happened Sept. 12, 2025, in the 6100 block of Springhill Terrace. Johnson was taken to the hospital where he died Oct. 5 from his injuries, according to police.
After an investigation, police arrested Halberth Heneddy Deras Ramos, a 21-year-old from Laurel. A 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy also were arrested in connection to the homicide.

All three are facing charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault and the use of a firearm in the commission of a violent felony.
The Greenbelt Police Department stated that the teens' names will not be released at this time.
