$25K Reward Offered for Leads in Homicide

A man was found shot to death early Friday in Fort Washington.

The Prince George’s County Police Department says a reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in a Fort Washington homicide.

The shooting was reported about 12:45 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Palmer Road. Officers found the victim outside suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to identify the suspect(s) and motive in this case. Police do not believe the shooting was a random act.

The victim’s name will be released once his family has been notified.
