$25K Reward Offered for Leads in Landover Shooting

Prince George's County Police say the fatal shooting was not a random act.

A $25,000 reward has been offered for leads to a suspect in the Wednesday fatal shooting of a Forestville man.

Prince George’s County Police say the victim is Kwacellus Davis, 23, of Hil Mar Drive in Forestville. Detectives do not believe this was a random crime.

Officers were called to the 1800 block of Belle Haven Drive in Landover just before 5 p.m. Wednesday for the report of a shooting. When they arrived, they found Davis suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives are working to identify a motive and suspect in the case.
