$25K Reward Offered For Tips In Fatal Shooting At Langley Park

Prince George's Police is offering a $25K reward for information in a fatal shooting that happened at Langley Park Wednesday morning.

LANGLEY PARK, MD — Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that happened early Wednesday morning in Langley Park. A reward of up to $25,000 has been offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in the case.

On Jan. 14 at approximately 2 a.m., Prince George's police officers were notified of a walk-in shooting victim at a hospital. The victim, identified as 20-year-old Anderson Andrade Orellana of Silver Spring, died of his injuries a short time later, according to police.

An investigation revealed Orellana had been shot in the 1300 block of University Boulevard earlier that morning. Detectives are working to determine a motive and identify a suspect(s).
