3 Arrested In Laurel Homicide: Police

Police say the three are connected to the fatal shooting of a Laurel teen last month.

LAUREL, MD -- Three men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Laurel teenager last month.

Police arrested 20-year-old Dream Edwards of Laurel; 18-year-old Abdul Kandeh of Laurel; and 18-year-old Ramon Bowman of Glen Burnie in connection with the death of 19-year-old Hassan Lucky of Laurel, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

Police found Lucky on the sidewalk in the 13000 block of Laurel Bowie Road at around 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 24 suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

"The preliminary investigation reveals the fatal shooting stemmed from an on-going dispute between the suspects and the victim," the report states. "The suspects are all charged with first degree murder and related charges."

They are being held at the Department of Corrections, police say.
