3 Suspects Wanted For Suitland Double Homicide: Police

SUITLAND, MD — Police released surveillance video of three suspects wanted in connection with a double homicide that left one man and one woman dead in Suitland last week.

At about 7:20 p.m. July 9, officers responded to the 4600 block of Silver Hill Rd. for the report of a shooting. The shooting occurred in an alleyway between two businesses and killed Courtney Simms, 22, of Temple Hills and Anthony Douglas, 23, of Marlow Heights.

In the surveillance video the three suspects are seen getting out of a car and then walking out of the screen toward the victims. After the shooting, one of the suspects is seen running back to the car.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
