Alarming Photos From Site Of Nat'l Harbor Electrocution: Report

The photos show wiring that is badly damaged and exposed, reportedly leading to the electrocution of a girl at MGM National Harbor.

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD -- Some very concerning photos have emerged that allegedly show the bad wiring that may have led to the electrocution of a 6-year-old girl at MGM National Harbor earlier this year.

Fox 5 reporter Evan Lambert tweeted photos of the wiring, embedded below.

"We obtained pics of the wiring deficiency that led to a girl's electrocution at MGM National Harbor," Lambert said. "Also talking to a whistleblower who says incident likely happened because of an unsafe culture at PG Co's inspections agency."
