“She’s been asking me all the time, ‘Do you think it’s real?’” her husband said when they were at headquarters.

Now that the woman has seen all the dollar figures in her future, she told lotto officials she plans to pay off her mortgage, take a trip overseas to visit family and invest the rest.

The Riverdale woman bought the life-changing ticket at Riggs Grocery at 5405 Kenilworth Avenue in Riverdale, which receives a bonus of $2,000.

The 200X the Cash scratch-off launched in December 2025 with five $2 million top prizes, three of which remain. The ticket is a part of a family of scratch-off games ranging in price from $1 to $30. Non-winning X the Cash tickets can be entered into a second-chance promotion for the chance to win up to $75,000, according to the Maryland Lottery.
