PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Danielle Peaks has been convicted of one court of revenge porn after a jury found her guilty of harassing and sexually exploiting another woman with whom she shared a romantic partner, prosecutors announced.
According to the Prince George's County Office of the State's Attorney, Peaks posted a screenshot from a video she found on Facebook that showed the victim's intimate body parts then tagged the victim in the post.
"The jury recognized the defendant's conduct as illegal and returned a guilty verdict," the county state's attorney's office said in a statement announcing the conviction.
Additional details about how Peaks and the circumstances surrounding the relationship were not released.
Peaks' sentencing has been scheduled for Sept. 25.
