Man Fatally Shot In Clinton

CLINTON, MD — A 37-year-old District Heights man was fatally shot early Sunday morning in Clinton.

Prince George's police officers were called to the 10700 block of Piscataway Road for a report of a shooting Sept. 27 around 1:15 a.m. They found 37-year-old Arsenio Cleckley inside a home with a gunshot wound, according to police.

Emergency workers administered life-saving measures but he died at the scene.

According to the police department the suspect and the victim knew each other. Charges could be pending.
