Scouting for Food – Help For Those In Need

Scouting for Food takes place this coming weekend. Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts will be delivering grocery bags door to door on November 3. They will come back on November 10 later to collect your filled bag.

Please be generous with non-perishable foods. Follow the directions on the bag as to when to set it out for collection.

This collection is not about the Cub and Boy Scouts but about those in need in your community!

Bowie’s Food Pantry is woefully low on food. This time of year is especially tough on our friends and family. The help provided by the scouts ensures food for approximately 3 months before it runs out. This is the biggest and most successful food drive of the year, all thanks to scouts.

Keep your neighbors in your thoughts and prayers and DO A GOOD DEED.
