Anti-Semitic Post About UMD Student Reported By Police

COLLEGE PARK, MD — University of Maryland Police is investigated a suspected hate crime that involved an anti-Semitic post made on social media.

According to the police department, someone created an image of a student that was posted online, but the posting has since been deleted. No additional information was shared by the police department.

The University of Maryland Police Departmen's Criminal Investigations Unit is actively investigating this incident.
