Argument Turns to Murder in Waldorf: Police
Police say two men beat the victim to death after getting into an argument on Jan. 21.
ALDORF, MD — Police have arrested two men on charges of murdering a man after getting into an argument with him about a week ago in Waldorf.
A concerned citizen flagged down a Charles County Sheriff's Deputy on Jan. 21 at 3 p.m. after seeing a man lying in a wooded area in the 16900 block of Mattawoman Lane, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.
The man, who suffered from trauma to his body, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police believe that 25-year-old Bryon Leon-Ramos and 24-year-old Selvin Romero-Leon, both of Waldorf, initially got into an argument with the victim, who they both knew.
Police have charged both men with first and second degree murder, and the men have admitted to committing the crime, the report states. They are currently being held without bond.

Although the incident happened in Waldorf, the location of the crime is just barely over the county line in Prince George's County.
