Arrest Warrant Issued For Husband In Murder Of Wife: Prince George's Police
An arrest warrant has been issued for 64-year-old Ernest Hayden of Lewisdale, who has been charged with murdering his wife, police say.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — An arrest warrant has been issued in connection to a domestic-related homicide in Lewisdale that happened this past weekend.
The suspect, Ernest Hayden, 64, of Lewisdale, has been charged with killing his wife, Pauline Hayden, 60, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
On Saturday at about 11:30 a.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of Amherst Road for a welfare check. Officers found Pauline Hayden suffering from trauma and unresponsive inside the couple’s home. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Investigators said Ernest Hayden killed his wife and then left the home.
The suspect is being held in Washington, D.C., pending extradition to Prince George’s County. Hayden has been charged with first-degree murder and related crimes, according to the police department.
