AT&T and Bowie's PG Select BlueSox Team Up For Annual Ripken Baseball Tournament

Baseball season is in full swing and the major league teams aren’t the only ones hitting the field! This week, youth teams from across the county will head to Aberdeen to participate in the annual Ripken Baseball Tournament – where they will experience major league quality fields with covered dugouts, and lighted fields, up-scale practice areas and a professional PA-system.

And thanks to a sponsorship from AT&T, the 14U PG Select BlueSox team, a local Bowie youth baseball club, will be participating in the week long tournament for free!

Yesterday AT&T hosted an event at a local Maryland store to celebrate the team and give them a proper send-off! The player got to check out cool devices in the store and tested the Samsung Gear VR to experience the latest in virtual reality technology.
