Barricade Situation In Clinton, Man Seen Fleeing Burning Home: Police
BREAKING: Police have just arrested a man seen fleeing into the woods armed with a gun.

CLINTON, MD — Police have made an arrest after an armed man with a gun who barricaded himself in a home was spotted fleeing into some nearby woods in Clinton Tuesday morning, authorities say.
Prince George's County Police tweeted shortly before 9 a.m. that they were on the scene of a "barricaded suspect" in the 7700 block of Surratts Road.
Police had arrived at the scene at around 8 a.m. to a report of a breaking and entering and observed the house on fire and a man armed with a gun fleeing into nearby woods. Authorities shut down Surratts Road during the incident.

Police tweeted that residents in the 7500 to 7800 blocks of Surratts Road and those near Moores Lane should shelter in place.
A little after 10 a.m., police reported that the suspect had been arrested, and tweeted the picture of the man seen below.
