BJ's Brewhouse Moving Into Bowie Town Center
The restaurant will be taking over the old Sears Auto Center.
BOWIE, MD — A developer is seeking to turn the Sears Auto Center in Bowie Town Center into a brewhouse.
Seritage Growth Properties has announced that it will repurpose a Sears Auto Center located at Bowie Town Center and turn it into a BJ's Brewhouse, according to a statement.
The new brewhouse will span 7,000 to 8,000 square feet, "as well as additional restaurant users and small shop retailers," the developer said in the statement.

The former Sears Auto Center, which has been closed, is at 15700 Emerald Way.
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is an American restaurant chain that has about 177 locations throughout the United States. The new brewhouse would feature an in-house brewery, with hand-crafted beers.
