Steel Drum, Mariachi Music Will Serenade Bowie International Festival This Weekend
Steel drum and mariachi music will serenade the Bowie International Festival this weekend. There will also be African and Jamaican concerts.

BOWIE, MD — Bowie will host its annual international festival Saturday at Allen Pond Park. Entertainers, artists and food vendors will be on-site from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Two stages will offer hours of entertainment.
A steel drum band will take attendees to the Caribbean. Dancers will transport fans to India. And mariachis will strum guests into Mexico.

There will be an activity passport for children. Adults will enjoy the crafters, clothiers and jewelers.
