Bowie Police Warn Residents About Burglaries
Residents are being reminded to lock their doors and turn on security alarms when they're not home.

The Bowie Police Department is warning residents to lock their doors and turn on their security alarms when they are leave their homes.
Multiple residential burglaries have occurred in the past week, police said on Facebook Monday.
The suspects in most of these incidents are gaining access to the home through the front door.

Authorites urge residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity, such as people walking around homes, to the Bowie Police Department immediately by calling 301-352-1200 or 911.
Anyone with information about any of the recent burglaries is asked to contact Bowie Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division at 301-575-2480.
