Boy, 13, Shot In Head Raking Leaves In PG County: Reports

The shooting happened shortly before 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in Temple Hills, according to reports.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 13-year-old boy is in critical condition after police say he was shot in the head while raking leaves in Prince George's County, according to multiple reports.

The shooting happened Tuesday in the 2100 block of Jameson Street in Temple Hills, ABC 7 reported, citing Prince George's County police. According to another report by WUSA 9, police were called to the area around 5:20 p.m.

The boy was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, WUSA reported.
