Brazen Criminal Hits Same College Park Store Twice: Police
The man pulled a gun on an employee at the home improvement store twice in one week, police say.
COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down one particularly brazen criminal who robbed the same store twice in a the span of a week, police say.
Police did not identify the store, but said it happened at a home improvement business in the 4000 block of Cherry Hill Road, where a Home Depot is located. The first robbery happened on Aug. 11 when the man displayed a weapon to an employee, according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department.
In the most recent case, he walked into the business on Aug. 18 at around 8 a.m., displayed a gun to an employee, and left the store with several items, the report states.

Police posted pictures of the suspect, which all display him pushing a cart loaded with what appears to be expensive merchandise.
"No one was hurt in either robbery. We are offering a cash reward in connection with this investigation," the report states. "Anyone with information is asked to call 301-772-4905 or 1-866-411-TIPS."
