MGM National Harbor Conservatory Offers Stunning Cherry Blossom-Themed Spring Display

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Inspired by the DMV's cherry blossom celebration, MGM National Harbor will be highlighting an immersive seasonal conservatory display spanning all 15,000 square feet of the space.

Vibrant florals and oversized artistic elements that capture the elegance of spring and summer along with butterflies and colorful kites dance overhead from the 85-foot-tall atrium while the sounds of chirping birds and flowing water chime in. Guests can experience the presentation through Sept. 10.

• Nearly 2,300 plants are used throughout the display
• 24 6-foot overhead diamond kites
• Nine 8-foot overhead box kites
• 18 8-foot butterflies at various heights and colors
• 18-foot-tall bamboo watering can with water feature
• 8-foot-tall animatronic butterfly
• Five 12-foot-tall pink iris flowers
• 5-foot-tall animatronic frog
• 15-foot-tall mosaic birdbath fountain
• 22-foot-tall cherry blossom tree
• 12-foot birch bridge
