Child Porn Charges Filed Against Capitol Heights Man: Maryland State Police

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD — A Prince George's County man has been arrested for possessing and distributing child pornography, police say.

Maryland State Police arrested Timothy R. Walton, 57, of Capitol Heights after an investigation that began in November 2023 found electronic devices in Walton's home that contained multiple images of child pornography, according to the MSP.

Walton has been charged with four counts of possession and one count of distribution of child pornography. The investigation is ongoing.
