Child Pornography Charges Filed Against 25-Year-Old Bowie Man: Maryland State Police
A 25-year-old Bowie man faces several child pornography charges after Maryland State Police found files on his electronic devices.
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A 25-year-old Bowie man has been arrested after a Maryland State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Investigation developed evidence of distribution and possession of child pornography.
Joshua Ramsey has been charged with two counts of possession with the intent to distribute child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography. The Maryland State Police Computer Crimes Unit initiated an investigation July 2022 into the distribution and possession of child pornography online. A search warrant carried out at Ramsey's home revealed multiple child pornography files on his electronic devices. Ramsey was arrested at the scene.
