Coldwell Banker Agent Ann Hayward Featured on Bowie Television

Bowie, Md. (June 21, 2017) – Ann Hayward, an independent agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, will be featured during the month of June on the Bowie Business Journal.

The Bowie Business Journal is a local cable television show dedicated to highlighting prominent business people in Bowie, Md. It is supported by the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce.

Hayward, who also owns Managed For You, a professional organization and downsizing service, has lived and worked in the D.C. area for more than three decades. She specializes in investment properties and working with seniors as well first-time home buyers, short sales and foreclosures.

She is also the co-founder of Future Starzz, Inc., a local 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enriching the lives of youth through academic, cultural and athletic activities, such as test prep classes; admissions and financial aid counseling for private schools, colleges and universities; college tours; arts, athletic and cultural experiences.

Hayward was interviewed by Pauline Markward, executive director of the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce, on topics ranging from the local real estate market to living and working in the Bowie area.

“I love being able to sit down and talk about the town I love with other people as passionate about Bowie as I am,” Hayward said. “Being a real estate agent here has really allowed me to get to know my neighbors and my town in a different way. I’m so happy with the opportunity it gives me every day to really help shape the future of Bowie.”

The Bowie Business Journal segment will air twice a day, at 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday for the month of June on Comcast channel 77 and Verizon channel 11.
