The mission of Your GPS Doc, LLC is to help individuals with chronic illnesses and family caregivers navigate the complicated and confusing healthcare system. Dr. Nicole Rochester, Founder and CEO, is a physician with over 20 years of experience practicing medicine. Dr. Rochester was inspired to launch Your GPS Doc after caring for her late father for three years and experiencing the dysfunction of our healthcare system from the other side of the stethoscope. She is committed to arming her clients with the "inside knowledge" necessary to communicate effectively with doctors and other members of the healthcare team, make informed choices about treatment options, fully understand health insurance policies and how to appeal denials, and advocate for the medical care they need and deserve.
