Do You Know This Dog? Ambulance Crew Rescues Dog Hit By Car, Now Trying To Find Owner

A Prince George's County ambulance crew witnessed a dog hit by a car. He was rescued, taken to the vet and now needs reunited with his owner

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — A Prince George's County ambulance crew watched as a vehicle hit a dog recently in the 11000 block of Cherry Hill Road in Beltsville. They tended to him and dog is now safe, according to the Prince George's Fire Department, but they're wanting to reunite him with his family.

The dog currently is with animal control and was examined by a veterinarian. He appears to be an unaltered male, brindle and white, American pit bull terrier. The shelter staff believes he is approximately one year old and he weighs approximately 50 pounds.
